Our Process:
We pressure wash thoroughly to remove all mildew, loose paint and chalking. We cover and uncover all windows, light fixtures and landscapes, caulk all windows and door seals. We repair all cracks, seal & waterproof all stucco and spray two coats of paint on all trim of home and also on all doors and also spray and back roll entire body of home. We do all hand work such as cut-ins and final touches.
